Magical Tomato Program U.S.

Najat’s journey through the world of gastronomy has been that of an apprentice to the greatest living chefs.  Her most recent experience was training under the guidance of Ferran Adria at el Bulli.  There she learned techniques which can only be described as “magical” and now she feels the need to share this magic with others, especially children.   In order to accomplish this she’s designed a unique educational program called the “Magical Tomato”.  Najat’s mission is to spread the collective message of her numerous chef masters:

Impart respect for natural food production, appreciation for gastronomy and understanding of the playful creative process in the hearts, minds and souls of all human beings for generations to come.

Her “Magical Tomato” program will teach children to respect the process of natural, sustainable farming, appreciate the heart and soul of a living organism that’s deliciously edible as both a fruit AND (in gastronomy) a vegetable, play with whimsically creative food concepts, and learn the magic of gastronomy through modern cooking techniques.

Through working hand-in-hand with the US White House and a consortium of organizational and culinary experts she’s creating compelling storylines, activities and media content to bring her magical vision to life.
